The following diagram shows the steps for the most frequently used contract, the so-called “contract for the transfer of rights of use”. It is also possible to conclude a promise to buy.

After a preliminary examination of the characteristics of the land, we conclude a letter of intent in order to sign the superficie contract.
We visit the land to see it from the technical side and we sign the superficie contract for a period of 32 years.
After using the land for 32 years, Renera returns the land to you in the condition it was in before the solar farm was installed and we lift all the loads from the CF.
After the contract is signed, Renera immediately begins to obtain, at its own expense, all necessary authorizations for the construction and operation of a solar park.
